What I would do, given that you are running 64bit Studio One (correct?) is this: I can't remember if there is a problem with installing both the NI 64bit and 32bit dlls (as NI makes you install both I believe?). Going through and 'reinstalling' everything will not fix your mistakes if you don't understand where you are making them. Perhaps you could copy and paste these file paths for us to see if you have stuffed up somewhere. Personally, I nominate my own path for the 'content' and VSTPlugins folders. If you have used all the default file paths during installation, there will be no problems. The old 'puta knows that 'Program files' is 64bit and 'Program files (x86)' is 32 bit.

You may like to add the extension '32bit' and '64bit' to the folder name, but that is only for your clarity.
